Park Hill is a micro city of Sheffield as Nowa Huta is of Krakow. They are their own entities with links, pulls and ties connecting themselves to the city. You feel that you are on the outskirts of the ‘city wall’ but in reality you are within the boundary co-existing with the greater partner.
